Jeff Lindborg November 4, 2009 at 11:16 pm: I recently had my long, fine (aka wispy) hair cut short after wearing it in a pony tail for about 15 years. The stylist used this on my hair before blowing it out and it made a big difference. I use it in a couple ways – put it on wet and blow dry it followed by a small amount of the Hemp hair concrete to style it. Some days I put it in wet and let it air dry and then ruffle it out with my fingers for a more toned down “messy” look that still holds reasonably well. I like this better than some of the more aggressive gel type products that lock your hair in place.

Poet Girl November 5, 2009 at 1:57 am: If you haven’t tried Alterna’s hemp seed thickening compound, you’re missing a treat. I have fine hair which needs all the help it can get and this product does the trick. The ship time was fast and packaging was more than adequate.
